Exchanges

All sales are final.  We do not allow exchanging of prints once they have been shipped.  We try to make sure that everything is perfect, but if there are any problems with your order please contact us and we can solve things as soon as possible with a refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed after we receive the item in its original condition.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying.

NOTE: Sometimes items can get damaged during shipping.  If this happens to one of your items, please provide a picture of the print and packaging showing the damage.  This way we can let the Post Office know about the issue.
