Policies

Standard Orders:  Orders will ship from the shop within 7 - 10 business days of receiving final payment for your order.  If you need something rushed, please e-mail us and we can chat about rush fees.

International Orders: Client is responsible for any custom's taxes/fees. Please note we can not lower the value amount, or mark as gift on the customs form.

**Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. If these items are returned to us, buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Missing orders: While extremely rare, if a package ends up missing along it's travels to you, I am happy to send a replacement! If an item is marked as delivered, but did not arrive, we are not responsible. Please make sure the address you provide is safe and secure!

Refunds & Exchanges: All sales are final. I offer replacement prints for those lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival. I do not allow exchanging of prints once they have been shipped.
